What is the Samsung Rewards program?

Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing products through Samsung’s online store and app.

Samsung Rewards Points can be earned in the following ways:

• Through the purchase of eligible products via Samsung.com/Shop and the Shop Samsung app.
• Through other Samsung apps, such as Galaxy Store, Samsung Health, and Samsung Internet.

You can join Samsung Rewards during check-out on samsung.com, at the Samsung Rewards website ([UK] samsung.com/uk/rewards  or [US] https://www.samsung.com/us/rewards/), or through Samsung Members.

Who can redeem a Food+ subscription?

Purchasing Samsung Food using Samsung Rewards is available only through our website, www.samsungfood.com 

• You will need to have a Samsung Food account

• You should be a participant in the Samsung Rewards program in the UK or US

• You shouldn’t have an active Samsung Food+ subscription

• You should have your Samsung Food account linked to your Samsung Rewards account

Why can’t I redeem my Samsung Rewards points?

This might happen due to several reasons:

• You have an active Samsung Food+ subscription. In this case, you need to wait until your subscription has expired and try again.

• Your Samsung account is not linked to your Samsung Food account. For more information on how to link your accounts please see here

• You are not a participant in the Samsung Rewards program. In this case, you can sign up here: [UK] samsung.com/uk/rewards  or [US] https://www.samsung.com/us/rewards/

• You are a participant of the Samsung Rewards program, but not in the UK or the US ( we only support Samsung Rewards in these countries)

• You don’t have enough points to redeem the subscription. Check how to earn Samsung Reward points here: https://www.samsung.com/levant/support/apps-services/how-to-earn-points-in-samsung-rewards/

How do you buy a subscription with Samsung Rewards points?

Visit https://app.samsungfood.com/rewards and follow the instructions.

1. Log in with your Samsung Food account.
2. Choose a country: the UK or the US.
3. Choose a plan
4. Redeem the Samsung Rewards program.
5. Enjoy Samsung Food+

What is the price?

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

If you buy a subscription using Samsung Reward points, the subscription won’t renew automatically. If you’d like to continue using the Samsung Food+ subscription after the period expires, you can redeem Samsung Reward points again or purchase a subscription in our app.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, we are not able to refund points used to purchase a subscription.
