Trying to figure out what’s for dinner tonight? Searching for a recipe you can whip up in 30 minutes or less? Whisk’s recipe search makes it easy for you to search, filter, and sort your recipe box to find exactly what you’re looking for.
How to Search for Recipes
1. Navigate to your Whisk Recipe Box. Tap the recipes icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Click the search bar at the top of the screen and start typing what you’re looking for. You can search by:
- Recipe name/title (fried rice, baked chicken)
- Ingredient (chicken, mushrooms)
- Meal type
- Cuisine
- Diet
3. Press enter to show the search results
How to Filter for Recipes
1. Navigate to your Whisk Recipe Box. Tap the recipes icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. To the right of the search bar at the top of the screen, click the filter icon
3. You can filter by:
- Cuisine
- Meal type
- Diet
4. Select the cuisine, meal type, or diet you’d like to filter by and click apply
How to Sort Recipes
1. Navigate to your Whisk Recipe Box
2. To the right of the search bar, click the filter icon
3. At the top of the window where it says “Sort recipes by,” select the dropdown
4. You can sort by:
- A to Z (sort recipes by title from A to Z)
- Newest (sort recipes from newest added to oldest)
- Oldest (sort recipes from oldest added to newest)
- Cook Time (sort recipes from shortest cook time to longest)
5. Select how you’d like to sort your recipes and click apply
